As a Healthcare Cleaner with Mitie, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site has a reputation for its high-quality soft services
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but training can be provided
  • Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie
  • Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery
