In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues, conducting care needs assessments, and developing and implementing person-centred support plans. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience in a similar role.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,749 per annum, with additional benefits including enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and funded Blue Light Card discounts.
