Job Description

**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the gym equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault diagnosis, servicing, and general repair of gym equipment
  • Attending commercial and residential sites to carry out necessary repairs and routine maintenance according to guidelines and procedures
  • Collaborating with the office-based customer support team to schedule jobs within your assigned zone
  • Coordinating with Stores Manager to replenish your van stock of gym equipment parts
  • Ensuring the upkeep of company property, including your vehicle, tool kits, and uniform

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Happy to work site to site
  • Ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical qualification (advantageous, but not essential)
