- A strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
- Experience with managing large teams is a must
- A passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- Similar experience in a Gastro Pub style venue
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
- Excellent communication skills

- £32,000 annual salary
