Your Role

This exciting opportunity exists within our sales team, where you will be selling to Small Medium Businesses (SMBs) in UKI markets, targeting ownership/founder and senior/middle management levels. The ideal candidate will have good business acumen and the ability to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly and annual Sales targets for ARR Net New Name. Forecasts are provided on a monthly basis.
  • Engage with prospects in various industry verticals through calls and self-built pipelines.
  • Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Owning the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs regularly.

About You

To excel in this position, you must possess a proven track record in sales, specifically in Telesales/Inside Sales/Outbound Sales roles. Your success in growing recurring revenue accounts in similar roles is crucial. Additionally, your ability to create and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound calls, marketing leads, inbound leads, and contacts is vital. You should be skilled in prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, and deal delivery, including product demos and digital tools. A solid understanding of cloud technologies and services is necessary, alongside credibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for resolving business issues. Strong active listening skills and effective communication abilities, both over the phone and virtually, are expected.

A competitive remuneration package is on offer, taking into account the role's requirements, with substantial opportunities for growth for top performers. This includes a salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
