Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Matchtech. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to work in the cutting-edge aerospace industry, contributing to the manufacture and assembly of critical components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the assembly process of aerospace components
  • Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to manufacturing processes
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
  • Provide technical support and training to assembly line staff
  • Ensure all equipment and tools needed for assembly are well-maintained
Requirements:
  • Experience in assembly and manufacturing, particularly within the aerospace sector
  • Thorough understanding of assembly processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience
