Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Weston Green School. As a key member of our Pre Prep team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our young students.

About the Role:
  • Deliver a flexible and engaging education program that meets the needs of our students and their families.
  • Work closely with our Pre Prep leader and team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and outside agencies.
  • Provide outstanding care and support to our students, including supervision and pastoral care.
  • Contribute to the development of our school's community ethos and values.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 EY Educator qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its application.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative and leadership.
  • Commitment to developing good relationships with children, staff, parents, and outside agencies.
  • High expectations and a friendly, hardworking, and supportive attitude.
