Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our thriving Pre Prep team at Weston Green School.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and be able to build excellent relationships with children and adults. They will work closely with the team to deliver a high-quality education and care to meet the needs of the children and their families.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and flexible team player who can work under the direction of our Pre Prep leader and show initiative and lead practice when needed. They will have high expectations and be friendly, hardworking, and supportive.

We can offer a small, friendly school with a strong pastoral and community ethos, a supportive and caring team, and children who are fun and exciting to teach. The role is for 37.5 hours per week over 39 weeks, with a salary dependent on experience within the range £19,750 - £23,000.
