Job Summary:

Praxis Care is seeking a skilled Relief Qualified Nurse to join our team at Coombe House, a specialist nursing home for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and associated physical health care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of support staff in the delivery of personal care needs to service users
  • Ensure service users are enabled to fulfill a variety of activities and opportunities day to day
  • Provide specialist clinical support such as tracheostomy care, PEG care, catheter care, suction, oxygen therapy, and end of life care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Experience in complex care settings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
