About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Code Resources LTD in Manchester. As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing civil infrastructure projects, working on varied schemes across multiple sectors, and collaborating with a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design civil infrastructure projects, including infrastructure and buildings-related civils projects.
  2. Work on a range of schemes across various sectors, including drainage and highway design.
  3. Collaborate with the team to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  4. Utilize software such as Civil3D, Microdrainage, and Causeway Flow to design and deliver projects.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  6. Contribute to the growth and development of the team, including mentoring and supporting junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in civil design and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil design software, including Civil3D, Microdrainage, and Causeway Flow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Chartered status or willingness to work towards chartership.
