Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Aylesbury, who can take ownership of managing costs and procurement within the property team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in preparing feasibility estimates, creating detailed cost plans, and managing tenders.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing cost management strategies.
  • Managing procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract administration.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • RICS exempting or non-exempting degree.
  • Chartered status or working towards attaining chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power-point.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
