Job Summary
We are seeking a Cleanliness and Safety Specialist to join our team at Medirest, a specialist healthcare operating company within Compass Group UK&I. As a Cleanliness and Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces
  • Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected and public areas
  • Ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full
  • Maintaining high hospital standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about patient care, able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff, and confident working in a hospital environment. You will also need to be able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.08 per hour, working 25.5 hours per week, and the opportunity to contribute to the greater good of the healthcare field.
