About The Role

The Growth Company's Education and Skills team is seeking an experienced Education and Skills Team Lead to manage the performance and success of a Training Centre and a team of staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality education and skills services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individual service area plans to meet agreed targets.
  • Maintaining productive relationships with key partners to inform a competitive curriculum and identify market opportunities.
  • Analysing feedback from learners, employers, and staff to ensure the curriculum meets market needs and remains competitive.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional approach.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
