Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary:
Hampshire County Council is seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our Facilities Management team as a Facilities Assistant. This role involves providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors, being the first point of contact, and assisting with daily tasks such as health and safety checks, post and delivery sorting, and responding to telephone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
- Be the first point of contact for those arriving and assist with queries
- Carry out health and safety checks and sort post and deliveries
- Respond to telephone calls in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide an excellent standard of customer service
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues and peers
- Flexibility and adaptability in work style
- Ability to support and communicate in various scenarios and settings
- Good IT skills
- Ability to travel to various locations within Hampshire and have a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
