Job Title: Tendering Specialist

At CRC Evans, we are seeking a highly skilled Tendering Specialist to play a pivotal role in our business development and sales process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals and bids for potential projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and client requirements for fabrication and pipeline projects in coordination with technical team.
  • Develop detailed proposals, bids, and tender documents that clearly outline project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate cost estimations and pricing strategies, while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements, address technical inquiries, and participate in meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Welding or construction, or relevant experience in proposals in a similar role.
  • Solid experience preparing sales quotations and proposals for construction and pipeline projects.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and pipeline construction.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.
