We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our residential home in Pegswood, Morpeth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
