The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support across the National Theatre, ensuring the theatre is safe, presentable, and welcoming to everyone. This includes maintaining the historic building, acting as a first point of contact for couriers and external contractors, and delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with departments across the theatre. They must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to express themselves clearly and confidently in any setting.

A high level of computer literacy is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. The successful candidate must also be able to handle, carry, stack, and store heavy items with care, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive operational support across the National Theatre.
  • Maintain the theatre's historic building, ensuring it remains safe, presentable, and welcoming.
