About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our Asset Management and Technical Services business platform in West Thurrock. As a key member of our in-house Design team, you will be responsible for leading and developing industry-leading electrical and instrumentation/control concept and detailed designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing electrical and instrumentation/control concept and detailed designs.
  • Closely liaising with our multi-disciplined engineering teams.
  • Leading and participating in safety studies (Hazop) etc.
  • Leading the EICA engineering input to and review of design solutions for MCC, PLC and instrumentation from suppliers.
  • Working with our in-house construction and commissioning teams to ensure high-quality solutions for our clients.
  • Providing technical guidance on EICA matters to the wider project team and Senior Management.
  • Mentoring and developing the next generation of EICA Engineering talent.

Requirements

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Successful (or in progress) Professional registration.
