About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at RSE. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electrical systems for our water treatment products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems for our water treatment products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical design and technology.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional registration with IET or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
