About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant in a Primary School in Barnet. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in KS1 and KS2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require extra help in the classroom.
  • Work under the guidance of a supportive SENCO and Senior Leadership Team to provide an inclusive education to all pupils.
  • Support the Teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students in KS1 and KS2.
  • Use strategies effectively and be able to work using your initiative while following policies and procedures.
