Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Previous experience working in a Primary School setting
  • Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning
