Accounts Administrator Opportunity

This dynamic SME is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time maternity contract basis. The successful candidate will be based in the office, working standard hours of 9-5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Accounts department with bank reconciliations and offsetting transactions
  • Process invoices and payments on Sage
  • Prepare and send customer statements
  • Manage the centralized mailbox and categorize correspondence
  • Contribute to system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Oversee petty cash and ensure accurate records
  • Distribute post and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Support with project-related tasks and ad-hoc duties

Previous experience in an office or accounts environment is highly desirable.
