Job Opportunity: THRIVE Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate THRIVE Practitioner to join our team at a small SEMH provision. As a THRIVE Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students within their lessons, carrying out assessments and intervention sessions, and contributing to the delivery of a varied curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups in the specialist THRIVE room
  • Carry out assessments and intervention sessions
  • Contribute to the delivery of a varied curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure student progress
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Requirements:

  • In-date THRIVE qualification and licence
  • Confidence in supporting students 1:1
  • Proactivity and organisation in monitoring student assessments
  • Passion and drive for SEMH
  • UK residency and valid Right to Work documents
