Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate THRIVE Practitioner to join our team in a SEMH provision school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students within their lessons while carrying out assessments and intervention sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups in the specialist THRIVE room.
  • Carry out assessments and monitor student progress over time.
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Be proactive and organised with a passion for SEMH.

Requirements:

  • Hold an in-date THRIVE qualification and licence.
  • Have relevant UK school experience and be a UK resident.
  • Hold valid Right to Work documents.
