About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Elusive Professional Solutions Ltd. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct risk assessments, plan audit procedures, and execute audits in accordance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
  • Oversee and guide audit teams, providing coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Analyse financial statements, identify areas of improvement, and provide valuable recommendations to enhance clients' internal controls and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance during audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop audit strategies, drive business growth, and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum four years of experience in public practice auditing, preferably at a mid to senior level.
  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using auditing software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
