Ecommerce Executive Role Overview

As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a vital role in the success of our global ecommerce channels. Your responsibilities will include creating, publishing, merchandising, and optimizing digital content across our ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and administer the product catalogue within our ecommerce platform
* Produce relevant copy and text for a wide range of products
* Administer Google analytics and advertising platforms to improve ecommerce performance
* Ensure the web product catalogue is up to date and all products are correctly aligned to current campaigns
* Liaise with buying and merchandising teams on new product deliveries, promotions, and bi-annual sales
* Work closely with technical teams and partners to support continuous improvement of ecommerce channels
* Support the customer service team with daily tasks and resolving product issues
