Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our expanding team in Hinckley. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities and introducing our services to other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact business owners to set up appointments or online demonstrations
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to promote our consultancy services
- Contribute to achieving personal and team sales targets
- A minimum of 1 year's sales experience (preferably phone-based)
- A resilient, sales-driven, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
- A self-motivated and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000 per annum
- Generous uncapped bonus (OTE £40k+, top performers £65k+)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day off for your birthday
- Clear progression opportunities within a growing business
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5pm - no weekend work
- Dress down Fridays
- Excellent pension scheme and profit share scheme
