We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering some of the UK's most significant projects, working across various sectors including retail, health, energy, commercial property, education, and public sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with senior managers to drive excellence and innovation in project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Manage and develop your own workload, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of project scopes, work plans, and design information.
- Attend design team and construction stage team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
About You
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with a strong track record of project delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to drive project success.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Flexibility to work across various sectors and projects, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
