The Way Youth Zone is seeking a skilled Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of their corporate fundraising portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a small but mighty Fundraising team and make a significant impact on the organization's mission.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and cultivating a robust pipeline of potential corporate partners. They will also deliver exceptional account management to cultivate and grow existing corporate relationships, focusing on retention, increased engagement, and uplift. This will include developing tailored proposals and presentations to secure new patrons, partners, sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the corporate fundraising portfolio
- Identify and research potential corporate partners, building relationships and securing new partnerships
- Deliver exceptional account management to cultivate and grow existing corporate relationships
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure new patrons, partners, sponsorships, and in-kind donations
- Meet and exceed financial and non-financial fundraising targets
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience developing new corporate pipelines, ideally with experience with lapsed donors, and great stewardship management
- Prior experience using a fundraising database (Salesforce)
- Experience writing successful fundraising proposals, bids, and reports
- Hit and exceeded financial and non-financial fundraising targets
