Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food experiences, preparing delicious, high-quality food that exceeds client and customer expectations
  • Overseeing menu changes to stay competitive and innovative, identifying opportunities to improve food services and increase customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure kitchens are well-stocked and efficient, ensuring kitchen cleaning responsibilities are met to maintain hygiene standards and compliance with regulations
