About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Business Operations Assistant to join our team. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork, while maintaining excellent communication with colleagues and external partners. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Salary: £25k - £30k per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  2. Manage paperwork, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  3. Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  4. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  5. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Degree-level qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
