Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Group Reporting Expert to join our team at Global Accounting Network. As an integral part of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the reporting timetable and preparation of evidence/accounting papers required by the business and its auditors. About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, with experience in delivering timely and smooth audits. A fluent Russian speaker is essential as you'll be dealing directly with a Russian-speaking business unit. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the reporting timetable and preparation of evidence/accounting papers required by the business and its auditors.
  2. Prepare calculations and accounting papers for key accounting judgements.
  3. Provide technical support and expertise to the group, offering guidance on complex accounting issues and assisting in decision-making processes.
  4. Review group-wide accounting under complex standards, such as IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16 etc.
  5. Assist the delivery of the Annual Report and Accounts with particular focus on accounting policies and disclosures.
  6. Point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit processes and addressing any inquiries or concerns that arise.
  7. Various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
