About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of financial services, seeking a Consolidation and Reporting Expert to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to both daily financial reporting and strategic improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate accounts for non-operational Group entities and the parent organisation, as well as consolidating monthly management accounts and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and maintain accurate accounts for non-operational Group entities and the parent organisation within reporting deadlines.
  2. Consolidate monthly management accounts and forecasts, resolving queries with operational entities.
  3. Prepare annual statutory accounts for group entities, ensuring compliance with acquisition accounting standards.
  4. Reconcile balance sheet and fixed asset accounts, maintaining accurate control accounts.
  5. Support tax reporting and ensure VAT compliance across group companies.
  6. Drive improvements in financial processes and support wider business initiatives.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Eligible for company bonus scheme with annual and quarterly payments reaching up to £8,000 per annum.
