**About the Job:**


We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Enabler for Young People to join our team in Sheffield. As an Educational Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people with High Needs access learning and remove barriers to education.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Support: Assist young people with High Needs, helping them access learning and overcoming challenges.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding processes, health and safety protocols, and OFSTED requirements are adhered to at all times.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, managers, and families to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting learners.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate individual with experience supporting young people, particularly those with High Needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working within education or a similar support role.

Salary & Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Additional benefits include exceptional referral bonuses, DBS disclosures provided via fast track online services free of charge, and a specialist, dedicated Social Work consultant offering single point of contact.
