Compliance Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Associate to join our Content department in London. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our content is compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as with our internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and approve a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance and internal policies, responding in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve interview transcripts to identify confidential information and other inappropriate content.
  • Collaborate with researchers and analysts to finalize content for publication.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Act as a compliance resource for Third Bridge, providing guidance and support to business units and clients.
  • Address day-to-day compliance queries and deal with ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail for proofreading and identifying compliance issues.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex financial concepts from a compliance perspective.
Qualifications:
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous compliance experience, preferably in a regulated financial services company
