About the Role

LiveWest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our Service Charge team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of project analysts and coordinators to plan and deliver a large, complex high-profile service charge project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of project analysts and coordinators, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business areas to ensure alignment with strategic and operational service charge objectives.
  • Design and implement system solutions to improve service charge operations.
  • Collect, review, and refresh service charge related data to support project deliverables.
About the Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management, service charge operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and experience in delivering service charges operationally or enhanced knowledge of service charge legislation.
