Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely Primary School in St. Helen's North Ashton. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, providing individualised support and guidance to children who require extra attention.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position that requires experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to children on a 1:1 basis and in group settings, and collaborating with other professionals to develop strategies for supporting children with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in group settings to facilitate their learning and development.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of the children.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
