The Neurosurgery team provides high-quality patient care and services. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care and services.
Responsibilities:
• Manage waiting lists and admission data
• Ensure smooth clinic operations
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Carry out general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including health and safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality
Requirements:
• Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
• Experience of running and maintaining computerised databases
• Ability to work consistently with minimal supervision
