Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless teamwork and patient satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, adapting to challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and a passion for working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including rotational day and night shifts, including weekends.
  • Compliance with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.
