Aftercare Decorator Role

The Aftercare Decorator will report directly to the onsite aftercare manager and be responsible for delivering all aspects of decorative works in occupied houses and apartments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting customer visits to identify and resolve decorative defects in a timely manner
  • Preparing comprehensive investigation reports to document defects and subsequent repairs
  • Managing personal workload to ensure effective and efficient delivery of decorative works
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Reviewing and updating work schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and tools

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience as a decorator with additional skills in patching, filling, sanding, and mastic work
  • A full clean driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of flexibility and planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desirable: Passionate about continuous skill development and eager to expand expertise
  • Desirable: Further technical skills such as joinery, plumbing, and tiling
