About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Executive to join our team at Mill Media. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our advertising business by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our advertising client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their advertising needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with our editorial team to develop and pitch advertising solutions that align with our brand values and editorial focus
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client relationships, and revenue performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably in a media or publishing environment
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
