Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quotations Engineer to join our Sales Team at Trane UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the external Sales Team by conducting various duties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales calls and take notes to pass to relevant Sales Engineers.
  • Provide quotations to customers and select technical specs for ancillary equipment.
  • Produce draft quote templates and costings as required.
  • Evaluate export enquiries and administer/distribute them where relevant.
  • Maintain technical files and ensure enquiries are logged and distributed effectively internally.
  • Liaise with Sales Order processing as required and attend sales meetings.
  • Attend technical meetings as required and possess excellent time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineer degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a technical environment and excellent customer service skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.
