Iconic Resourcing is partnering with Loganair to find a skilled Planning and Reporting System Analyst to join their finance team.

This permanent role has been created to support the MI & Data Manager in implementing new reporting and data analysis systems across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering the IBM Planning Analytics system, ensuring data accuracy, developing and maintaining reports, and providing user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the ongoing functionality and performance of the IBM Analytics Suite.
  2. Collaborate with the Data & MI Manager to create new features and improve the IBM Planning Analytics system.
  3. Work with business partners to develop financial reports that meet stakeholders' needs.
  4. Help integrate IBM Planning Analytics with other business systems to simplify reporting.
  5. Support budget holders with their budgeting and forecasting activities.
  6. Ensure accurate and consistent monthly financial reports from the IBM Analytics Suite.
  7. Provide technical support and training to users across departments.
  8. Identify and resolve technical issues with the IBM Analytics Suite.
  9. Maintain detailed records of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in business partnering with operational teams and the ability to analyze complex data and communicate outcomes to non-financial stakeholders.
