Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Peterborough. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an office administrator position or a similar profession, with a high level of computer and office skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and managing Purchase Orders.
  • Entering data into Product Data Management systems and performing general office tasks.
  • Keeping records up-to-date, generating reports, and performing data entry.
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial Director, including diary management and answering queries.
  • Communicating with customers and clients to resolve issues and answer questions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office administrator role or similar.
  • A high level of computer and office skills.
  • Based within commutable distance of Peterborough.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum.
