We are seeking a skilled Telecommunication Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunication projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in interpreting business needs, making critical decisions, and assessing potential risks and impacts of changes.

In this role, you will collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure project success. Additionally, you will foster team development and provide career enhancement advice whenever possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting detailed site surveys and providing comprehensive reports to pre-sales for accurate cost modeling.
  2. Overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, managing deliveries, conducting safety checks, and resolving any issues that arise promptly.
  4. Maintaining communication with the site team, project team, and site contacts, ensuring a professional approach at all times.
  5. Ensuring all work complies with building and security regulations, health and safety legislation, and other legal requirements.
  6. Planning and organizing site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose and operated by trained staff.
  7. Ensuring all staff and visitors are cleared for the site by consulting with the project manager or security department.
  8. Logging and reporting any work not meeting standards to the project manager immediately.
  9. Controlling and monitoring site waste in line with the Company's Site Waste Minimisation and Management policy.
  10. Must hold SMSTS qualification or be willing to obtain.
  11. Must be a CSCS card holder to a level of site manager.
  12. Exceptional understanding of telecommunication copper/Fibre, & Voice networks.
  13. Exceptional understanding of telecommunication civil installations.
  14. Good IT skills to include the MS suite of products and MS Project.
  15. Good financial budget control.
  16. Must hold a full clean UK Driving License.

Desirable skills include:

  1. Basic use of CAD.
  2. Understanding of CCTV and door entry systems running over telecom networks.
