About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team at Altrad Babcock. As a key member of our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) team, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver all aspects of Cost, Planning, Estimating and Document Control Activities in support of the Programme Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all cost and schedule reporting is aligned to the Contract and commensurate with Contractual Obligations
  • Develop and implement Contract specific project control procedures
  • Prepare resource profiles and resource manage the project control team
  • Monitor schedule and cost reports and alert management control action in a timely manner
  • Hold regular progress and coordination meetings with project control staff across the PPP project

Requirements

  • Experience of managing project control & programme delivery on large complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of the NEC3 ECC suite of contracts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Educated to degree level or above and hold a project control/management qualification such as APM
