  • Manage IT Payment Service Delivery on behalf of the Digital Team, ensuring the highest level of service quality and performance.

  • Deliver Services in a Cost-Effective Manner, meeting budget requirements and ensuring value for money.

  • Management of Service Performance of external vendors providing IT support and service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
