Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive Religious Education lessons, catering to diverse student needs and abilities.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback, implementing effective strategies for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, creating a positive and collaborative learning community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • A degree in Religious Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level, preferably within a mainstream school.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Teaching Personnel offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
