About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing media, e-comms, and owned channels to drive customer engagement and growth for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including GA4, eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns on digital platforms, including Meta, Google, and programmatic DSPs, to inform business decisions.
  • Work with media strategists to ensure campaign goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain vital reporting, dashboards, and one-off analyses to monitor initiatives and communicate performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams, technology groups, and business functions to define and operationalize KPIs for short and long-term measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field with 5+ years of work experience.
  • Experience leading multiple locales, regional roles, or similar.
  • Media Analytics experience is essential.
  • Expert understanding of Google Looker, Google Sheets, and other BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
