About the Role:

As a Data and Commerce Analyst at Colgate-Palmolive Company, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online engagement and sales strategy in Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize media, e-comms, and owned channels to ensure a data-driven approach is applied, driving customer engagement and growth for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from various sources, including GA4, eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and Google Search Counsel, to inform business decisions.
  • Work with media strategists to ensure campaign goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and streamline vital reporting, dashboards, and one-off analyses to communicate performance effectively.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams, technology groups, and business functions to drive a digital learning agenda.
  • Prepare and present quantitative analyses to influence peers and C-level leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field with 5+ years of work experience.
  • Experience leading multiple locales, regional roles, or FMCG data models.
  • Media Analytics experience is essential, with expertise in DOMO, Google Looker, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
